Display
The tab Display allows to adjust the display of the view in the screen, to display certain components of the environment, and to manage the windows.
- The group Zoom proposes functions to adjust the overview of the view in the screen
- The group Display/Hide offers the possibility to display/hide the explorer and/or the status bar (right below). The drop-down menu allows to select the information to display in the status bar (database, title of the study, date, name of the view, etc.).
- The group Windows proposes different types of the dispaly of the views in the working area
- The group Diaporama allows to display the current view in full-screen mode
View
The tab View allows to manage the views and the elements which compose it.
- The group View allows to add, duplicate, import a view, then organize the different views.
- The button View properties allows to launch the dialog box of the current view properties.
- The third group offers functions allowing to manage the presentation of elements of the report in the view (positionning of elements, adding a style of presentation, substitute a variable by another).
- The group Tools – Options proposes functions relative to the options of variables, applied on the whole view.
- The group Arrangement allows to manage the alignment, the size, the order of the elements of a view.
Insertion
The tab Insertion proposes functions to add analyses (tables, graphs, matrix,…), of the text and the multimedia objects of the Graphical report.
- The first four groups allow to add analyses to the customised report
- The button Text field proposes to add a key in the view.
- The group Illustration allows to add multimedia elements (image, form, sound, video, animation flash) in the view.
Format
The tab Format proposes functions allowing to personalize and present an analysis.
- The group Content allows to define the arrangement wished of the graphical report of a variable selected
- The group Statistics allows to add statistic elements to a variable selected
- The group Calculate proposes functions modifying the conditions of calculation
- The group Table allows to define the elements to show/hide in the data table
- The group Graph allows to modify the options of graphic presentation
- The group Display allows to apply a predefined setting to the table
- The group Object allows to launch the dialog box of properties
- The group Font allows the management of the font of the writing of a table, graph or text zone
Home
The tabt Home regroups the most frquently used functions in the environment Customised graphical report.
- The group Direct access involving functions allowing to open the home panel or other environments (Questionnaire, Spreadsheet, Form)
- The second group proposes quick functions of publishing, export and calculation of variables
- The group Edit offers the functions of paperweight (cut, copy, paste), cancellation and repetition of an operation, selection and cancellation
- The group Actions allows to perform rapid actions on a variable : show/ hide the graph / table / values / title, draw a relation, show a factorial map,…
- The group Insertion allows to add an analysis, a text zone, or a multimedia object in your graphical report
- The button View allows a rapid management of the views of the graphical report
- The button Object properties allows to open the dialog box specific to an object of the graphical report
