Export the view(s)

When you finish your graphical report, it is possible to export one or several views. For this, in the banner, tab Home, click on the button Export, then Export one view or Export several views.

Export one view : allows to export the content of the current view to MS Office (Word, Excel (only the tables), PowerPoint or OpenOffice. Choose the format of export, adjust the options of presentation, then click Copy to export the view.
Export several views : the first assistant is executed when you click Export several views. It is used to select the views to export. Select them, precise the title of the report, then click Print, or Save to HTML format, or Save in Office.
