Dissemination and data collection

The dissemination of the questionnaire is the step following the design. For the web surveys, it consists in putting the questionnaire online in order to be able to communicate it to respondents. After the dissemination of the survey online, it is possible to download the data collected and stocked from the software Sphinx iQ in order to be able to exploit them locally. For the paper survey, it consists in entering or scanning the questionnaires filled face to face, through a mail or self-administred survey. In these two cases, the data are therefore exploitable in Sphinx iQ for possible analyses. Finally, the import of files of the data created independently of the software is also possible.

The stage Dissemination and data collection accessible from the home panel proposes four assistants corresponding to these situations.

• Data entry :
  In the framework of a paper survey, to create new observations or edit existing observations,
• Publish my survey :
  To put your form online and be able to recuperate on your computer the responses collected online in your account SphinxOnline,
• Import data :
  To import observations from external files (Excel, csv, or data base)
• Acquisition by Scanner :
  To save the observations by scanning the paper questionnaires (The form must be written in the format « Scanner »).
