The banner of the environment Result analysis is made up of five tabs (Home, Insertion, Format, View, Display).
Home
The tab Home regroups the more frequently used functions in the environment Customised graphical report.
- The group Direct access contains functions allowing to open the home panel or other environments (Questionnaire, Spreadsheet, Multivariate analyses)
- The second group proposes rapid functions of publishing, export and calculation of variables
- The group Edition offers the functions of clip-board (cut, copy, paste), cancellation and repetition of an operation, selection and removal
- The group Actions allows to perform rapid actions on one variable : show/hide the graph / table / values / title, trace a relation, show a factorial map,…
- The button Automatic graphical report allows to launch directly the assistant of automatic graphical report.
- The group Insertion allows to add an analysis, a text field, or a multimedia object in your graphical report
- The button View allows a rapid management of the graphical report views
- The button Object properties allows to open the dialog box specific to an object of the graphical report
Insertion
The tab Insertion proposes functions to add analyses (tables, graphs, matrix,…), of the text and multimedia objects to the graphical report.
- The first four groups allow to add the analyses to the customised report
- The button Text field proposes to add a legend to the view.
- The group Illustration allows to add multimedia elements (image, form, sound, video, flash animation) to the view.
Format
The tab Format proposes functions allowing to customise an analysis and its presentation.
- The group Content allows to define the wished disposition of the table and the graph of a variable selected.
- The group Statistics allows to add statistic elements to a variable selected
- The group Calculate proposes functions modifying the conditions of calculation
- The group Table allows to define the elements to show/hide in the data table
- The group Graph allows to modify the options of presentation of the graph
- The group Display allows to apply a predefined formatting to the table
- The group Object allows to launch the dialog box of properties
- The group Font allows the management of the font of the writing of a table, graph or text field
View
The tab View allows to manage the views and the elements which compose it.
- The group View allows to add, duplicate, import a view, then to organize the different views.
- The button Properties allows to launch the dialog box of properties of the current view
- The third group offers functions allowing to manage the presentation of the elements of the report in the view (positioning of elements, adding a style of presentation, substituting one variable by another)
- The group Tools – Options proposes functions relative to the options of variables, to be applied in the whole view
- The group Disposition allows to manage the alignment, the size, the order of elements of a view
Display
The tab Display allows to adjust the display of a view to the screen, display some components of the environment, and to manage the windows.
- The group Zoom proposes functions to adjust the overview of the view in the screen
- The group Show/Hide offers the possibility to show/ hide the explorer and/or the stauts bar (right below). The drop-down menu allows to select the information to display in the status bar (data base, title of the study, date, name of the view, etc.).
- The group Windows proposes different types of the display of views in the working area
- The group Diaporama allows to display the current view in full-screen mode
Environment
The environment Customised graphical report allows to carry out a multitude of analyses and offers much freedom of actions in the setting and the positioning of different objects. The exact positioning allows you to match the elements in a free and very flexible way in the pages, and to manage the disposition between the objects (alignment, size, order). The insertion of variables in the graphical report may be carried out in an intuitive way, by a slide-deposit of the section ‘Variables’ of the explorer to the central working area. Many tools of edition allow to rapidly improve your analyses and to personalize the format of the graphical report.
The environment Customised graphical report is composed of :
1 : a central working area
2 : a five-tab horizontal banner (Home, Insertion, Format, View, Display)
3 : a four-window lateral explorer (Variables, Views, Sub-samples, Languages)
- The window Variables regroups the set of variables of your survey. Those are presented respecting the order of creation of questions, and the organization in elaborate parts during the questionnaire design. For more ease, it is possible to develop/reduce the parts by clicking on the icon « - » / « + » near the title of the part.
- The window Views lists the views (graphical reports) that have been created in your customised graphical report. The icons located above the list of views allow their management : create, display, properties, delete.
- The window Sub-samples lists the sub-samples allowing, after their build-up, to visualize the results on a given profile. The icons located above the list allow the management of the sub-samples : create, display, properties, delete.
- The window Languages allows, in the case of multilingual survey, to choose the language of the customised graphical report. One same view may be visualized in different languages.
Customised graphical report
The environment Customised graphical report allows to conceive personalized and very elaborate reports containing statistic tables, graphic representations, comments, illustrative images, as well as relating the variables of the study. The set of these objects is to choose, set, and organize with so much freedom of analysis and positioning.
How to get access ?
- From the home panel,
- Click on the stage Analysis of results,
- Then Customised graphical report.
