To limit to profile

• Case of filter on a view : open the view properties (in the banner, tab View, click on the button View properties), click on the tab Calculate.
• Case of filter on an object: open the object properties (in the banner, tab Format, click on the button Properties), click on the tab Calculate.
• Create a profile : Tick Limit to profile, click Modify, then Define another profile. Put the information on the profile, then validate.
