Reorganize the list of variables/questions

In order to facilitate the management of the elements of the survey, Sphinx iQ proposes 2 complementary explorers : an explorer to visualizethe list of variables and an explorer to visualize the pages of the form.

In order to switch from an explorer to the other : In the left lateral explorer, use the tabs List of variables and Plan  :

• The List of variables allows you to see the set of variables (questions) composing your survey. 

After having created some questions, if you wish to see the order of appearance of variables again in the survey, it is possible to modify the List of Variables. To do this, in the window List of variables, select the question that you want to move and slide it to its new location.

• The Plan allows you to see the questions present on the pages of your form. This explorer is preconized for shaping the form.

It is also possible to change the order of appearance of questions in a given form. For this, in the window Plan, select the question you want to move and slide it to its new location.

In order to facilitate the modification of the questionnaire plan, we remind you that the present arrow in front of each section allows to develop/reduce its content (show/hide the questions which compose it).
