Create a new form
It is useful to create several forms when the different forms have a common structure (a lot of questions in common) but each having some particularities (hidden questions , diffrent conditions of display, etc). For example, there could be a common questionnaire but involving some specifities according to the type of respondents : the researcher for example will create, for the same survey, a providers form and a clients form.
To create a new form, in the tab Forms, click . In the dialog box, name the form, precise its characteristics : type of support used (Paper, Web, etc), size of form, model of presentation, then validate.
The new form created will be added to the list of forms, in the explorer, left-below the screen.
To move from one form to the other, click twice on the form you wish to work on.
