Create a personalized form

Sphinx iQ proposes a multitude of functionalities of presentation and setting of forms. Nevertheless, in some cases, it is sometimes necessary to set a more sophisticated presentation. Creating a personalizeed form becomes interesting then when we wish it for example : display questions (facing each other), insert buttons of action, insert dynamic images (ex : wall of images, etc), create a form which doesn't respect the order of questions, etc.

To create a personalized form, you must go to the personalized environment of forms. For this, from the standard environment of the creation of forms, go to the tab Forms, then click Go to. You are then redirected to the personalized environment.

A personalized form will be automatically created (form by default). You can then create other personalized forms by going to the tab Forms, and clicking .
