Banner

The banner of the construction of the questionnaire is composed of six tabs (Home, Insertion, Forms, Internet, Languages, Display).

Home

The tab Home regroups the most frequently used functions in the environment Questionnaire.

• The group Go to involves functions allowing to open the home panel or other environments.
• The group Clipboard proposes the functions cut, copy, paste, cancel et restore.
• The groups Questionnaire and Illustrations serve to add new  objects (questions, sections, table, images, sounds...).
• The group Selection allows to change the characteristics of the selected object (Modify), to modify the order of objects (move), and modify the size, font and color of the objects  which permit it.
• The group Fonts and colors allows to modify the presentation.
• The group Export allows to export the form or the structure of the questionnaire to Office.
• The group Editing helps to find, replace and even delete words contained in the titles or the abbreviated names for example.

Insertion

The tab Insertion proposes the functions allowing to add objects, elements of design and conditions of navigation.

• The groups Questionnaire and Illustrations serve to add new objects (questions, sections, tables, images, sounds...).
• The group Design allows to add page ommissions or design notes.
• The group Navigation allows to add conditions of display or jump.
• The group Forms allows to get access to the creation of calculations.
• The group Tools allows to operate  transformations in the questions, sections or tables (regroup, divide).

Forms

The tab Forms allows the management and the setting of forms  and proposes the tools of forms publication and the downloading of data.

• The group Forms allows to add , duplicate, organize and delete forms, and to modify their characteristics.
• The group Models proposes bottoms of page in form of images used to ameliorate the estehetics of the form, and allows to create or modify a model.
• The group Data entry allows to achieve data entries to verify the development of the questionnaire.
• The group Custom forms allows to get access to the customised mode.

Internet

The tab Internet proposes functions of forms publication and downloading data and also presents the actions and the access controls  relative to the emailing and the platform of online results.

• The group SphinxOnLine allows tp publish the survey, download data entries online and visualize the links allowing to get access  to the survey.
• The group Actions allows to define the shortcuts linked to different formulas, to set actions which happen after saving the entry by the respondents, to notify the participation of respondents in the questionnaire by email.
• The group Access control allows to define the dates of beginning and ending the survey online, proposes to limit the access to the platform online, and allows the identification of respondents (login, password, clients data).

Languages

The tab Languages allows the management of languages in case of multilingual surveys.

• The group Languages serves to choose the present formula language, to add or delete languages set in advance.
• The group Checks proposes a correction of the grammar and the spelling of the questionnaire, whatever is its original language.
• The group Translations allows to translate the questionnaire from a language given from the reference version (french for example), and allows to export or import a translation.

Display

The tab Display allows to manage the display of different elements and their disposition to the screen.

• The group Mode allows to choose what should be displayed in the working area : form or detailed list.
• The group Show/Hide serves to show the whole questionnaire plan, and display more or less elements in the screen.
• The group Layout allows to adjust the size of the environment to this of the screen.
• The group Zoom allows to carry out settings in the preview.
