Questionnaire design

The questionnaire design means to define and to set the data collecting tool (questionnaire, maintenance guide, observation grid...).It happens in four important stages :The modelling of the study, the writing of the questionnaire , the setting of the controls and filters, the definition of the presentation options or setting.

The modelling of the study consists in drawing the latter in form of a diagram  allowing to synthetize the content.

The writing of the questionnaire means to define the questions to ask.

The setting of controls and filters consists in defining the script (Scenarios of progress) of the questionnaire.

The definition of presentation options consists in choosing the visual format according to which the components of the questionnaire will display (questions, tables, images, ...).
