Library

The library offers questions frequently used in surveys which allows to save time in the writing of the questionnaire.

The questions are classified by themes (gender, enterprise, evaluation, etc…), by types of questions (closed, scale, text/code,…..) and by models of questionnaires (shareholders, travel agencies, insurance companies….)

To add one of those predefined questions to the study, proceed as follows:

In the tab Insertion, click Library

• 1 The drop-down menu  Search in...  allows to choose the search area of model questions: in Sphinx library or in survey models. You can also recover a question that you had already created in one of your previous surveys (click ).
• 2  In order to locate more easily in the list of questions, you can either use the filters or make a research intended  purposefully.
• 3 The arrow in front of the title of each part  shows off the list of questions which compose it.
• 4 When you find the questions, click to select (the selecting button in the first column is automatically positioned on the question chosen), and validate.
