Publish the survey

Publish my survey is accessible from the home panel Dissemination and data collection. It is also possible to Publish via the environnement of Questionnaires graphical reports (button Publish ).

The publishing is performed as follows, whatever is the server of publishing you subscribe to (SphinxOnline, VIP, server Sphinx Connect).

You reach the following dialog box :

Indicate the information associated to your account :

• Name of the server,

The drop-down menu allows to select the server on which your survey will be published. By default, SphinxOnline is selected.
If you have a time-illimited account (monthly, annual…), select VIP SphinxOnline in the list of servers.
It is also possible to write manually the adress of another server (Sphinx Connect).

• Login and password of the account.

You have the possibility to modify the name of your study online via the option « Name of the survey ». This name appears in the URL obtained after the publishing and is seen by the respondents .

The button « Proxy… », gives you the possiblity to indicate your proxy information, gateway between your network and internet (Host, login and password). Click « Next » to move to the next step.

This window detects automatically if your survey has been already published or it is the first publishing online. In the case of a first publishing, you could just Publish the survey, on your account. If the survey has been already published, consult the article Republish a survey.

The option «Publish the local responses» allows you to publish the responses collected online. Therefore, if your survey contains 50 responses, they will be published if you tick this option. If not, only the survey will be published on the server.

Click « Next » and you reach a recapitulatory page of the choices made.

Finish the publishing by clicking on the button « Finish ».

Once your survey is published, you reach this dialog box allowing you to get access to the different links relative to your survey (the different forms, the data table containing the observations collected…).

You can also get access to your account Sphinx Online, either by clicking on the link your account manager, or by ticking the option Direct access to the account manager, your account will be automatically opened from your browser after having clicked OK.
