with .NET Framework version 3.5 SP1 installed (versions 6.3.0.8 and inferior)
Installation of a single license

You must be under administrator mode to install and activate the software.

Open the explorer of files, display the content of the USB key, click twice on the icon « SetupSphinxIQ.exe ». |
Open the explorer of files, display the content of the downloading folder*, click twice on the icon « SetupSphinxIQ.exe ». * The downloaded repertory of storage of the files is defined on the Internet browser. |
Click Next.
You can at this stage, choose the repertory of installation of the software files but we advise you to conserve the repertory proposed C:\SphinxIQ.
Click Next, then Install.
A message confirms that the installation has been well done.
To start :
- a shortcut has been created in the Desktop
- a menu Sphinx Development has been created in the menu Program.
When you open Sphinx iQ for the first time, the latter functions in Demonstration mode. To get access to the full version, you should write your installation key.
Choose the first radio button, click Next.
Enter exactly the Installation key given to you by mail.
Click Next to get access to the stage of the key activation.
Key activation :
- NB: Your computer must be in administrator mode.
In case of detected internet connection, the activation will be done automatically after having clicked Next.
In case of absence of internet connection (no internet access, network problem or other), a window precising that the software hasn't been activated appears :
If you can be connected to internet, click Internet access, and the activation will be automatically launched.
If the Internet connection is not possible, select the option Activate by phone and follow the process described below.
Lift up the codes C1 and C2 and transmit them to our services with your client code by mail : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or telephone : 04 50 69 82 98
- NB: this activation is obligatory. Since it hasn't been realised, your software functions in Demonstration mode.

Complementary processes
Uninstall or move a single license
Save your surveys in external locations in the software Sphinx.
Be sure that you have your installation key.
The license of use of Sphinx is installed on a computer A. We wish to move it to a computer B.
1. Keep sure that the computer A is connected to internet :
- The desactivation of the key installation will be automatically done during the uninstallation. It is then necessary to have an activated internet connection at that time.
2. Uninstallation from the computer :
- Click Start \ Programs \ Sphinx Development \ Uninstall Sphinx iQ ;
- In the dialog which appears, click Yes
3. Reinstallation on the computer B :
- Insert the USB key, launch the installation, write your key installation then activate it.
If you have a maintenance contract, make the minor updates to your software :
The research of updates is realised directly when opening Sphinx IQ, if there is an internet access
Open your software Sphinx in order to get access to the home page.
Click on the link Update located at the bottom of your screen.
