Create interactive views
Organise the view
In order to facilitate the navigation amid the pages of your view, a navigation bar is inserted by default in your graphical report. This bar of navigation functions both in the software (tab Display, button Slideshow) and online (after publishing the survey). To modify it, in the properties of the view (in the banner, tab View, click on the button View properties), click Size.
In the drop-down menu Navigation bar, select the position where you wish the bar to appear (above or below, in the Slideshow). Then in the drop-down menu Progress indicator, choose to display either a progress bar, or the numbers of pages. If you don't want to make a progress bar appear, choose None in the drop-down menu. Click OK to validate.
Write the view
The multimedia objects also allow you to write your view, by setting to them a specific functioning. This allows to make your graphical report more dynamic when it is consulted.
For example, an image representing an arrow to the right may be set to become an element of navigation allowing to move to the next page. For this :
- Insert an image (in the banner, tab Insertion, click on the button Image, then select an image either in the library Sphinx iQ, or from your disc).
- Open the properties of the image (in the banner, tab Format, click on the button Properties)
- In the tab Settings of the properties of the multimedia object, tick the option Associate an action, then select the action to apply. For the example, we should Go to next page.
- Click OK to validate.
Note that it is also possible to use a multimedia object (image, key,…) to move to a data page, or save the data, activate an internet link (site of the company, for example).
