Organisation of objects

• 

The properties of an object allow to organise and personalize the content of an object. There are four accesses to open the properties of analysis :

• In the banner, tab Home, click on the button Object properties
• In the banner, tab Format, click on the button Properties, in the group Object
• Right-click on the object to modify, then select Modify the format
• Double-click on the object to modify

The different objects of analysis (one-way table, cross table, composed table,…) and the different multimedia objects (image, form, video,…) have many common properties.

• The tab Content allows to manage the data treated by the object of analysis. You can choose to activate, or not, the display of the table and/or the graph linked to data, the name of the object, the references to variables, and add a description. The selection of one or many analysed variables may also be modified via this tab. In the case of an analysis containing only one variable, the selection of this one is done through the drop-down menu Variable. The button  allows to edit the variable. In the case of an analysis treating many variables, it is possible to add (), delete () and rank () the variables of the object.
• The tab Values (in the case of an analysis of only one variable) allows to display the statistic and numerical values wished.
• The tab Tests (in the case of an analysis of many variables) allows to add statistic tests to the selected object. It is possible to color the significant boxes, display the details of the tests and the comments linked. The button allows to modify the used thresholds in the tests of significance.
• The tab Calculate allows to limit the results of the object to a specific profile, or apply a calculation rule for one variable (or several variables). These rules of calculation allow to ignore the non-responses/non-concerned, to regroup / rank / simplify the modalities, or carry out an action according to the type of variable (treat the scales in numbers, put the numbers in classes,…).
• The tab Table allows to personalize the options of presentation of the table of the object.
• The tab Graph allows to personalize the options of presentation of the graph of the object.
• The tab Display allows to personalize the font, the rim and the background of the selected object and to choose an automatic setting of the table (predefined model of presentation)

Common properties on multimedia objects :

• The tab Content allows to set the content of the object : enter the text. In the case of a text field ; select the image / the sound / the video / the animation, in the case of another multimedia object. In these cases, the tab content allows to apply some modifications on the multimedia object (size, control of the image,…).
• The tab Settings allows to set the conditions of display (display according to a profile) or associate the object to an action (navigate amid pages, save, print,…).These options allow to make your graphical report more dynamic.
• The tab Display allows, in the case of a text field, to personalize the font, the rim and the background of the selected object. In the case of another multimedia object, the tab display allows only to personalize the display of the rim of the object.
