How to get access to the assistant :

• To insert a new illustration : in the tab Insertion, click on one of the buttons of the group Illustrations (Text zone, Image, Sound, Video, Flash)
• To modify an existing illustration:
  in the working area, put the cursor on the object Illustration and click  

The insertion of illustrations (text zone, image, sound, video, flash) opens an almost identical assistant.The options are identical, only the tab Definition is different.

In the tab Definition, to insert a text zone, it is demanded to write a new text. To insert an image, it is necessary to identify the wished file, and to precise the options of scale and trimming. Finally, to insert a sound, a video, and a flash, it is demanded to indicate the file to insert and the options of reading (NB : it is possible to use a video online)

The tab Controls proposes to present the object according to a given profile (then the object displays if the respondent corresponds to the previously defined profile).

The tab Fonts and colors (present only to insert a text zone) allows to define the presentation of the content.
